Shipping Policy
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Costs will be pre-paid & charged, F.O.B our Warehouse-Winnipeg, Canada
  • Shipping costs will vary accordingly by destination shipped to, weight and insurance coverage
  • Over sized & dimensional sized boxes are subject to additional charges
  • Additional shipping fees applicable if being shipped to a residential address
  • Complete shipping address, including name of company, town, city, post code/zip code, area code, phone number, and P.O. number (if applicable).

Return Policy
  • Requests for a return must be made to our Customer Service Department, within 7 days of receipt of your order.
  • The return request should be e-mailed, to
  • Customer service will e-mail a RMA # (Return Material Authorization)
  • No returns allowed without written & prior approval & RMA #
  • Defective items must be in original packaging & in good condition
  • Defective merchandise will be replaced & returned Pre-paid, if replacement unavailable a credit will be issued
  • Returns must be received within 14 days of RMA #
  • Any return must include a copy of original receipt
  • All merchandise shipped at buyer's risk.
  • Any discrepancies in your order should be notified within 24 hours of receiving the goods
  • Electrical products carry a 60 day warranty from date of purchase
  • RMA # must be on the outside of all boxes returned
  • All returned merchandise must be prepaid to our warehouse. We will advise you of selected shipping method.
Non-returnable merchandise
  • Any item that is used in the mouth or on the lips
  • Any item that is worn on the body such as a hats
  • Candy & food products
  • Holiday & seasonal products (only exception is if the item is defective)
  • Any item that is out of its Original Packaging is non returnable
  • Any return that was sent without a RMA # authorization
